Nixon makes a great watch, but when they do need some repair they take care of you. I took in my old watch because it had a broken spring. This thing was like 7 years old and they didn't even make it anymore. In 5 days time a brand new watch was deliverd to my door. Not only was it new they upgraded it to their new Lowdown tide watch. I was so stoked to just get a new watch, but they showed me even better customer service by upgrading it. NIXON takes care of you! NIXONNOW.COM
