After two months with little to no beach timeI was finally able to catch some rays in sunny Capbreton,France Jake and I made the 1400km drive in about 12 hoursWe passed through the Netherlands and Belgiumbefore driving the entire way down France. Passing through the country side was surrealvinyards bearing famous names (Bordeaux and Cognac) sprawled alongside the autoways We drove straight through Paris, though did not see Le Tour Eiffel :( The beaches of Capreton were filled with families on holiday There were people enjoying the water and small waves till sundown After being in the car for so long a walk was in orderWe strolled a few km's and found some abandonded military stations on the sandI assume they were from one of the WWI/WWII either way, they were massive and made for some very interesting photos It felt so good to get some sun on my pale skin! enjoy...
