The Billabong Pro Jefferys Bay, South Africa 2008 starts up this week with the Top 45 ready to get back to action. There are 44 surfers that are just amping to stop Slater from running away with this years title. Slater has already won 3 of the first 4 events on tour this year, and we all know Slater's past history at J-Bay (3x event winner). Joel Parkinson has a great shot to move closer to Slater atop the leader board since J-bay suits his surfing so well. The Billabong Pro will be webcast live at aspworldtour.com and billabongpro.com.
